GuildBazaar Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
§ 1. General provisions
These terms (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the “GuildBazaar” application (the “Application”) and the services provided by the Provider.
Currently, the Provider publicly offers an informational landing page and a waitlist form. The full GuildBazaar platform — including user accounts, re-enactment group profiles and offer aggregation — will launch later. Provisions on planned features apply once those features are made available.
The Application aggregates and presents offers related to craft, historical re-enactment and LARP communities, enables user accounts and re-enactment group profiles, and facilitates contact with offer publishers. The Application does not sell the goods or services shown in offers and is not an online shop — transactions and their terms, including prices, are agreed directly between users outside the Application. The Application is intended for both businesses and consumers.
These Terms constitute terms of electronic service provision within the meaning of Polish law on providing services by electronic means.
The service provider is Łukasz Dawidowicz, conducting business as FSP Łukasz Dawidowicz (business address: [ADDRESS – TO BE COMPLETED]), entered in the Polish CEIDG register, NIP: [NIP – TO BE COMPLETED], REGON: [REGON – TO BE COMPLETED] (the “Provider”).
Contact: email [EMAIL – TO BE COMPLETED]; postal mail [ADDRESS – TO BE COMPLETED]; phone [PHONE – TO BE COMPLETED].
Under the DSA, the Provider has designated a contact point at: [DSA CONTACT EMAIL – TO BE COMPLETED].
Before using the Application, the User must read these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If there is any conflict between the Polish and English versions of these Terms, the Polish version prevails.
§ 2. Definitions
Price List — information specifying prices of paid Services, in particular offer promotion packages, the Subscription Period and related conditions.
Consumer — a natural person concluding a legal act with the Provider not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Account — a panel in the Application enabling use of its features, including a user profile or a re-enactment group profile.
Subscription Period — the period for which a paid Service (in particular offer promotion) is provided under the Price List.
Subscription Fee — a fee paid upfront for a paid Service, in particular an offer promotion package for the Subscription Period.
User Content — data, files, information and materials stored by the User on the Account, including offers and profiles.
Agreement — a digital service agreement under which the Provider delivers the Service; concluding the Agreement requires creating an Account (or, at the waitlist stage, successfully submitting the waitlist form for that service).
Service — a digital service enabling use of the Application’s features, including — where a paid Price List option is selected — offer promotion during the Subscription Period.
User — a customer (business or Consumer) using the Application.
§ 3. Technical requirements and use
Using the Application requires an Internet connection, a device and browser supporting the web version, and an active email account.
It is prohibited to use viruses, bots, worms or other code that automates processes in breach of these Terms or the law.
Basic features of the Application are free of charge. Selected additional features, in particular offer promotion, are paid according to the Price List — once made available.
The User must provide accurate data.
§ 4. Service agreement
At the waitlist stage, a free agreement regarding waitlist signup is concluded by submitting the form and accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy (where such acceptance is required in the flow).
After the full Application launches, use requires registration and an Account (email or Google, Facebook or Apple). Completing registration after accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy concludes a free Agreement.
The User may purchase a one-off offer promotion Service by selecting a Price List option and paying the Subscription Fee for the stated Subscription Period. The fee does not renew automatically unless the Price List states otherwise.
The User may terminate the Agreement by deleting the Account or requesting deletion by email.
In case of a Terms breach, the Provider may terminate the Agreement with a 7-day notice period.
The User may request an export of their data in JSON or CSV format within 30 days of the request, to the extent technically feasible.
§ 5. Fees and billing
Prices in the Price List are in PLN and are net amounts; applicable VAT is added to the Subscription Fee unless law or the Price List provides otherwise.
Payments are made via payment systems made available in the Application.
The offer promotion fee is a one-off upfront payment for the Subscription Period and is not charged automatically for subsequent periods unless the Price List states otherwise.
Non-payment results in non-activation or suspension of the paid feature only, without affecting free features, subject to other Terms.
§ 6. Price List
The current Price List will be available in the Application once paid features launch: [PRICE LIST LINK – TO BE COMPLETED].
The Price List may provide for free use of certain features. A Price List change does not affect fees under agreements concluded before the change.
§ 7–9. Complaints and withdrawal
Consumers and consumers-like traders have complaint rights and a right of withdrawal under Polish consumer law (including a 14-day withdrawal period, unless validly waived in connection with starting a digital service).
Complaints are submitted by email to the address in § 1. The Provider responds within 14 days (Consumers) or 21 days (businesses), extendable to 30 days in complex cases.
The Provider also extends the withdrawal right to businesses — subject to possible narrowing in a future version after legal review.
§ 10. User Content and reviews
It is prohibited to post unlawful content, content infringing personal rights or copyright, content inciting violence or hatred, or content promoting competitors of the Provider — except for offers and profiles published in line with the Application’s purpose.
Anyone may report illegal or Terms-breaching content by email to: [CONTACT EMAIL – TO BE COMPLETED]. A report should include reasons, URL location, reporter details and a good-faith statement.
The Provider reviews reports within 14 days and may remove, block or restore content with reasons. An appeal is available as indicated in the Provider’s response.
Publishing User Content grants the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the content to provide the Service and in the Provider’s promotional materials.
§ 11. Artificial intelligence (AI)
The Application does not use AI systems to generate content or recommendations for Users.
If AI features are introduced, the Provider will update these Terms and, if needed, the Privacy Policy before launch.
§ 12. Liability
The Provider provides Services with due care and does not guarantee a specific performance level for the User’s individual needs.
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for: use contrary to purpose; inaccurate data; third-party Account access due to disclosure or insufficient protection by the User; dealings and settlements between Users outside the Application.
After the Agreement ends, the Provider keeps data accessible for 90 days and then deletes it — earlier on the User’s request.
§ 13–18. IP, data, changes, final provisions
Application elements (name, logo, interface, code, Provider databases) are legally protected. User Content remains owned by Users, subject to the licence granted.
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Provider may change the Service and Terms for technical, legal or product reasons, informing Users. A User may terminate within 10 days of notice of a Terms change.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. In case of discrepancy between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version prevails.
This version of the Terms applies from the update date shown on this page.
